don't be angry with me. I just wrote it in this thread because a couple of post earlier somebody wrote about SCGT and modding and I thought he could maybe help me or convert that car. Sorry if it anoid you. Please don't show me the red card.

Thats the only one I had in the archives also. It's actually 17 tracks I think. Let me know if you need the extras. Stardust, Edmonton, and Bridgehampton, I believe those 3 are not included......

The track schedule should be complete, I think they are all here now.....
Goto that page and scroll down to the last post. It is about the release of the Can-Am Reboot Mod. This is the latest version of the Can-Am mod.
You will have to go right to the bottom of the post to get to where and how you can download the files. It seems that the original links I posted for the Reboot mod have been raped and pillaged by advertising gremlins.

Hey all,
I've just posted a link to the championship files for the mod to the Reboot release page (see above post). I had these finished ages ago and was meaning to gather all the tracks together as a pack and release them and the championships together but I see that perhaps the tracks have been sorted ?
Regardless, these Championship files should be complete and functioning.
If there are any problems, please let me know so I can sort it

Not sure if anyone can help but, I was trying to make some new skins for the Lola T-70s (there's a ton of them missing) but came upon a problem that the skins seem to be associated with the genstring?
I tried to re-texture one of the models but nothing changes it from the default skin. Changing the genstring changes the skin, even without re-texturing, so there's an answer somewhere on how to add new skins but I cannot for the life of me find it.

EDIT: Think I got it. So, 6 car styles, 1-6 as the first digit in the genstring, each car style is associated with a specific texture set so, to add a new car, you use one of the existing bodies, re-texture it and then use that new body number (say 7) as the first digit in the genstring. Is this it?

Hmmm. Just realized something. All cars in this mod (only reboot version) cause a crash when entering a track and none shows in the showroom.
Did anyone had any joy making this 'reboot' version work without issues?

Do you have your graphics turned up to full in the game ? I didn't provide for all graphics settings in the mod so if you don't have full graphics set, it will cause this.
If this isn't the cause of your problem, we can explore other options, one being deleting and reinstalling the mod from your teams folder.

That's it! .............
Absolutely correct. Dont forget to rename your new car's 'texture set' to be unique
As you see, there are a myriad of textures for a single skin and it was beyond us to remap them so it was easiest to do it that way and have a body object per car - not the most efficient I know. Also considering the sheer number of cars to paint (see previous posts by GeeDee on this), and the texturing state of a lot of the mod's cars being in a similar condition to the T70s, none of them were redone to allow easy skinning.
There might be the odd car group that is 'properly' skinnable but as I said, that was not something addressed by us.
