Hi to all
Well...I got somthing 90% done (it's ONLY for Power and Glory MOD)
Is not finish, I have a lot thing to do, but I would like other eyes to see it, and tell me what is wrong or needs correction.
I'll tell you what I know is wrong, the physics need more work, they are not correct, the sound is from the Abarth 1000 TC which is also not correct, some of the chrome is very shiny.
But tell me what you see to correct, please
Here I leave the link, 60's touring cars with taste of Tango

These cars are fantastic. All nicely detailed great cockpits thank you for sharing wonderful work.
Just found a couple of issues see pics interior mirror doubled, rev counter needles randomly disappearing (rev counter background naming issue maybe) ie "tach_cockpit", cockpits need proper clearer dirt screens in my install anyway.
Thank you

Both Fiat 1500's are a great and funny drive, also the sounds are ok for me.
So far only noticed that the drivers have no faces - simply black. Will have a look tonight. And in the replay, with both cars maybe the leaf springs appear to be too deep or loose.
Really great work, mate, which is highly appreciated. Thank you !

Thank you for these beautiful vehicles. All 3 vehicles look very good, even if I personally don't like the Peugeot (I don't like the real vehicle either).
It's not interesting for the mod, because the Peugeot was also very well modded.
As for the physics, I've only tested the Fiat 1500 Berlina so far, but I think it's very good. The vehicle sits firmly on the road. I would only take out the last gearbox settings (anything over 200 km/h), as this vehicle will hardly have been driven any faster.
In addition to the "faults" already mentioned, I noticed on the Fiat 1500 Berlina that the gear knob is duplicated both on the outside and in the cockpit. (there is a black gear knob in the air above the original one)
In the exterior view I have already tested the different bumpers (3 different styles and once without bumpers). So you already have quite a choice to customize your vehicle.
If you were to change the physics again, I would base it on the Alfa GTA, I think that would also fit well in terms of time. In terms of sound, I think it would go very well with the Abarth sound, or you could also use the Alfa sound from the P&G mod.

Thank you again, Diego, for this window on historical Argentinian motorsport, it pushed me to find more infos about the Gran Premio Internacional de Turismo (by the way, I painted one 1964 YPF GPIT skins for the great Mercedes 300SE mod by Freerecer, it's already available in the mod) https://www.ewrc-results.com/events/3643-gran-premio-standard/
Do you plan to make other skins from those races?

do you intend to create templates for these great cars when finished?

Hi Drionita,
All the cars are from XI Gran Premio Internacional de Turismos, but I buy a book "Grandes Premios Standard 1957-1967" it has pictures and entry list of that races if you need info, send a pm

I have a suggestion on how to build vehicles with extended details without having to create an unnecessarily long genstring. Using a Fiat 1500, I have now changed the details in the chassis so that they are only visible in the corresponding vehicle, but not in others. In the corresponding vehicle folder you only have to create a "Fahrzeug_MASK.GTR" (example), this "..._MASK.GTR" must be at the top of the ....car file as the first file, so that these details are loaded first. In this case, I have made the "Motorola radio", which can be made visible in the FIAT 1500 in the interior view using the genstring, also visible in the exterior view. You don't need any other style for the bodywork. The same can be done if the vehicle is to have its own body mask by simply placing the corresponding Chassis.gmt with your own mask in "....._MASK.GMT". The same principle already exists in P&G_MOd and I think this system is very good, because it saves you an unnecessarily long GENSTRING and gives you countless possibilities to individualize a vehicle.
Attached are 2 pictures, one from the cockpit perspective and one as seen from the outside.
