@silent_gxg, do you have the track for the Vanderbilt Cup of the '30s or something similar? I saw you posted the Silver Arrows with the flags. They only used those flags racing in America, as far as I am aware.

Indeed, that is what I have found also.

I want to make some more tweaks to the track before a release.

Bernd Rosemeyer won the race in 1937 and, surprisingly, he regarded it as his greatest victory, especially as the technical part of the track was not suited to the nature of the Auto Union Typ C. Bernd took part of the winnings from the Vanderbilt Cup and placed them in a savings account in America, with the view of emigrating soon, as he was against he party's policies. He refused multiple times to be promoted within the party and be given a higher rank in the Army.
In the end, he never could see out his escape plan as the Reich's favored son died trying to best Rudi Caracciola's land speed record on the Damstadt highway in early 1938. But it is almost with unwavering stoicism from those that saw him race in reckoning that there never has been one better than Rosemeyer. And when you consider his peers were amongst the greatest ever themselves (Varzi, Caracciola, Fagioli, von Brauchitsch, Nuvolari, Lang, the list goes on), it's easy to see why.
P.S. one must also appreciate Bernd's sense of style, as exhibited here. Sure, he would sometimes discard objects of clothing, if need be, such as during qualifying for the Tripoli Grand Prix at Mellaha in 1936 if memory serves, when he drove bare-chested.

Participated in a few rally style events (as far as the game permitted)...
...and to this day, this was the ONLY time ever, when I have won a rally, by passing the the first-placed car on the final kilometers of the rally. It was a day to remember

A race at Brooklands was featured in a TV Show called "Downton Abbey", in season 6, episode 7. I know nothing else about that show, apart from that bit. It is pretty obvious that it is running on a low budget, but it's still nice to see something like that being done.

Too bad they only shot it at Goodwood, which was built long after the era of the show (the '20s, right?). Goodwood was up and running in the very late '40s. Luckily, in the game we can actually race at Goodwood and at Brooklands!
