In fact I have exactly the GT6 in mind when starting with the Spitfire, but couldn't find blueprints for it, so the Spitfire chassis needs to be modified at a later point.

Excellent - good luck. Perhaps some clever person can make an MG to run next to it ?

I think the Sprite is near completion so it will have a rival! Nice to see this been made, very welcome addition to GTL

A little progress...

Great project.
I use to have a 1966 MK2... (1100cc upgraded to 1300cc) Was slow, unstable and unreliable...but a lot of fun.

I have ben praying for this mod since GTL exist.

Fantastic Stuff.... I had a MkIII with a detachable roof and a MkIV soft top with tonneau cover.
Much preffered the MKIII same engine size but seemed faster than the MKIV, the MKIV always seemed to be a cut down version of the Stag.

Can't wait. Great days Switch on the 8 track, quad speakers and Motown blasting out.
