yet another work in progress. source: external F1C/SCGT model by RookieoftheMans (2007). the model is free for conversion.
original source images:
what I can say sofar, is that the Project 908 LH is something like a template for creating and checking some things related to the LM67 "rivals" project.
actual car project lookout:
actual stage 3d work: * new wheels * new interiror for external model and virtual cocpit including steering wheel * new rear lights * remaped windows * a first attempt to make the nose intakes smoother edged (not well done yet)
actual stage 2d work: * new body car paint template / skin (including windows) (wip) * new interior paint template / skin (wip) * specular masks added

news: nose front intakes remodeled (two styles), also new rear intakes or a whole wing mesh is new now. time to make LODs...
I did one fun test skin paint, when somebody would like to paint darker skins. images attached. note: its the original 3d model proportions. the visual look ingame depends a bit also on the camera filed of view or so on I suppose.

this time I did some changes at the cockpit: labels for buttons added, and the gauges are more "porsche" now I did it all from vdo dial photos.

ok, here is a very first footage for our 908 LH car add-on fans note: I did a 917K Gulf like skin and tested various soundsets with the car. just for fun again, driven with keyboard and by AI, sorry.
