CTD after conversion...

I made a few GTR2->GTL private conversions before, but in some I got this problem:
When I want to drive the car, I get a CTD, but the AI is able to drive these cars.
I don't understand the trace file, so I hope that I can get some help here.
Here are the last few lines of the trace:

Have you got STEX.GTR & TALENT.GTR files in your Teams folder?
some cars need these to work.

It's a first person, or cockpit driver error. There's also one for the external driver.
The actual dudes behind the wheel, both the arms on the wheel and the cat you
see from the outside view.

This maybe a new topic, having CTD after a track conversion to GTL....

Can someone download and install GTR2 track Spa_20008 from
www.eSport-Racing.de
and see if it how works on GTR2?

It has no *.GTR files to convert to *.gtl, only the trk file to edit.
I'm getting a CTD midway in the LOD screen with error finding STLITA
This track has a startlight panel (readme--"Thanks to zwiss for the start lights!")
