Hi Fatguts, are the stocks, but some cars like the NSU have a racing spec in the original mod and is too fast. Other like Moskvich is a scratch car, i use the physics from Alfa GTA My problem is I don't understand physics

Looking great and especially nice to see that you have modified the Commodore to its stock shape which will be a great addition to some of my 1967 championships!

Hi Drionita, I know, the Lucien Bianchi's Citroen,
The problem with the car is a too high poly, I have to reduce the poly count, because is too heavy, remember you have 60 cars in game.
I have the same issue with the 69 Camaro and 70 mustang of TransAm mod.
I think the Brickyard Camaro II already has the #1 Ivo Grauls Camaro in it. The physics are wrong, I think, like the car is too fast (it was Fastest in real life too but I feel the margin is slightly too much) but that can be adjusted. Also, will you use the Big Ron '69 Boss? Or what Trans-Am mod Mustang? The '70 Boss Mustang from GRID? I can't find any pictures of the VDS car so I don't know which is the best fit.
LATER EDIT: Found a pic of the #7 Mustang and it seems it is Birrane's car from the BSCC, so I guess you can use the car from Zee's BSCC Camaro/Mustang mod. I don't know the body of the #2 Camaro but if it is the older '67-'69 style (a la Tuerlinckx) I think the Camaro in Zee's mod can be used for that too.

The BYL model, which is excellent, I see it as very modern, as very rude, I don't know if you understand what I mean.
I think the mod model from 1974 Castrol Anniversary Championship is the most accurate for the mod
The Mustang from Zee's BSCC mod is Perfect, I had not seen it before, thanks
As for the 69 Camaro, I'm reworking a '67 model, so it'll take a while.
So, thanks a lot for the data and for the help.
When I have news I will present them
Cheers
Diego

Hi Tanjaschnute,
I think if everything goes fine, for mid 2021 (The 50th anniversary of the race), maybe before.
I have to do one car more, the BMW 2800 CS (E3), my idea is take the E9, and make a 4 doors sedan, change the roof, the trunk and a few more things, thats the idea.
After that, I would have to accommodate the physics, which I don't know how to do, but I will have to do something
I'm really sorry this takes a long time, but it's the best I can do
Cheers

Take all of the time you need DB... we all work at different speeds, don't be rushed by people asking, it will be ready when it is ready and you are happy with the results. Enjoy and don't stress my friend.

@dbstreet, maybe see if freeracer has already a model somewhere hiding? He seems to be able to resource just about every model if not modify something else to have it... just a suggestion, of course!

Hello GeeDee and DarkSide, how are you? I hope you are safe and well.
I know, everyone has their time to do things, but I also want to finish it, 4 years have passed since I started with this project, and I would like to see it finished.
Regarding the model that Freeracer presented, I talked to him, he sent me the model (great person by the way), but honestly it is so low in polygons that it would take more work to improve it than to make a new one. That's why I'm going to try to make a sedan starting from the coupe.
But well, I thank you all for your support and words of encouragement. I know that sooner or later I'm going to finish it. I thank you again Have a nice week. Take care
Diego
